FAQ

Questions drivers ask before booking.

My temperature gauge is climbing. Can I keep driving it?

Please do not. Driving an overheating engine is how a fifty-dollar hose becomes a new motor. Pull over, shut it off, and call us — that is exactly the kind of call we come out for.

Where is my coolant going? I keep topping it up.

Coolant leaves through a leak, or into the engine itself. A pressure test tells us which one, and that distinction is the difference between a hose clamp and a head gasket. Worth knowing before you keep filling it.

Can you replace a radiator on-site?

On most vehicles, yes. Radiators, hoses, thermostats and water pumps are all jobs we do where the vehicle is parked.
